Will You to the utmost of Your power announce to the Kingdome that this Newe Issue has come? Will You in Your wisdom bestowe upon its Contrybutors such rightful Praise and Acclaim as they have through their Workes earned? Will You tell Your Friendes of its Glory, that they might soe partake of its Splendours? Will You use Your power to spread its News through the Twytter, the Tumblre, the Facesbooke, and other Sytes of Fine and Noble Distribution?

After this the King and Queene laying His and Her Hand upon the Shousetsu Bang*Bang, shall say,
